Ottawa University issued the following announcement on Oct. 8
The Spirit take on rival Arizona Christian on Saturday at Spirit Field. Start time is scheduled for 5:30pm.

Live video of the game will be available on the OUAZ Game Central portal and the NAIA Network for $7.95. The NAIA Network is available on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Android TV devices. Live stats will also be available through Game Central at portal.stretchinternet.com/ottawaaz.
AGAINST THE OPPOSITION
The Spirit have picked up one of each decision against the Firestorm. They defeated ACU 1-0 in OUAZ's inaugural game, lost in the 2017 rematch 3-1, and tied in the first ever GSAC game between the two teams, 2-2, in 2018.
SPIRIT NOTES
The Spirit own a +27-goal differential, which is tied for best in the GSAC with The Master's. OUAZ has scored the most goal in the GSAC with 45.
Freshman forward Saipress Jones leads the conference in goals (9), goals per game (0.82) and points per game (2.09). Jones also ranks third in the GSAC in assists per game (0.45)
The team ranks top of the conference in goals (42), goals per game (3.5), assists (31) and assists per game (2.58). Nationally, they rank 11th in assists, 20th in assists per game, and 33rd in shutouts (5).
OUAZ has defended Spirt Field well all season. The team's six home wins are the most in the GSAC, and they have scored 29 goals in Surprise. They have scored three or more goals in six of seven home contests.
UP NEXT
The Spirit will head to Northern California for its first conference road trip of 2019. The team plays at Menlo on October 17, and then heads over to William Jessup on October 19.
